 BettaWalka Pro for iPhone features the Manager tab, which gives you information about the status of today's activities for all the Walkers or Sitters in your organization.
When you first click on the Manager tab, you get a brief summary of the overall status of each of your employees. For each employee, the total number of appointments (activities) for each time period is shown, along with the count of activities that have not happened.
Because your employees report on their activities using their iPhone, Blackberry or text-message capable cell phone, you always have an up to date picture of what is going on in your business.

 BettaWalka Pro for iPhone feature the Now view, which gives you all of the information you need to know about the next activity you are about to complete.This includes the type of service to be performed, the approximate time of the activitiy, the address where the activity should take place, and also any notes about the client in the system.
The Now view feature large buttons to help you use the interface with one hand, as well as a notes area for you to report anything unusual that you found when performing the activity.
When you are looking at a client pickup activity, you have the option to Start the activity, Cancel it, or report a custom reason for why it was Missed.

The BettaWalka Pro text messaging system is the only system to let walkers report completed activities from their cell phones. This way, even walkers with normal cell phones can record what actually happened during their day, as they actually perform their services.
The BettaWalka Pro text messaging system features a patent-pending command system that lets walkers report using the minimum number of key presses possible.
If walkers arrive at a home only to find that the Client is not there, they can report this using the text messaging system, generating a record of exactly what happened. In another example of the BettaWalka attention to detail, when a walker has a scheduled vacation, they automatically will not receive messages during the vacation. Text Message Users can also set a "quiet period", for example between 7pm and 7am, so that they do not receive messages from the system when they are not working.
