Customers always seem to change their plans at the last minute. Only BettaWalka Pro with its unique advanced text-messaging system sends your walkers/sitters update messages right to their phone when their schedule changes. If you add an appointment, the walker will receive a text message with the time, type and Client name. If you cancel an appointment on the day of the appointment, the walker will receive a text message telling them. If you need to switch an appointment from one walker to another, both walkers will receive text messages. If you need to change the type of a service, the walker will receive a text message telling them that the type has changed. |

Most software for Dog-Walking and Pet Sitting professionals offer the ability to daily email schedules to walkers. BettaWalka Pro is the only system that extends this to text messaging.With BettaWalka pro, your walkers don't have to print off their schedule from email to bring it with them – they can request and receive their schedule on their phone, using our innovative text messaging system.
Walkers can choose to receive the current day's appointments, or their schedule from any day in the future. They can also choose between receiving the whole schedule including the reported status of activities that have already happened; receiving only the activities that are left to complete; the activities for the morning or afternoon only; etc.

In keeping with the BettaWalka philosophy of “The information you need, when you need it”, BettaWalka Pro offers a unique search tool that allows users to quickly choose a view of any Account, Client or Walker in the system, no matter what they are doing at the time, in a few simple steps:
 The Search tool is always available.To view a particular client, just type the first few letters of their name, and then click the search button.
 Click on the correct selection from the list of matching Accounts, Clients and Walkers...
...and you are immediately shown the information you wanted:

The Service Price Schedule |

The Service Price Schedule Collapsible Section provides a quick way to review and customize the pricing that you have set for this account. If you edit the Pricing for this account, the system automatically remembers it as a new Price Schedule, so that you can use it on other accounts. This is another example of the ways in which BettaWalka Pro minimizes Red Tape |

For each client (pet) associated with the account, there will be a Client Collapsible Section on the Account Page. This lets you edit the client information without going to another page. This section is identical to the one on the Clients Page. If you want to make schedule adjustments, just click on the “Clients” tab in the menu bar, to jump to the first client on the account. |
