The Easy Search Tool

BettaWalka Pro features the Easy Search Tool on each page.With Easy Search, all information about any client, account or walker is only a few keystrokes away.

Just enter the first few letters of the name that you are looking for, click search and select the name from the list that comes up. You will instantly be taken to the right page.

Overview

The BettaWalka Pro Web Application has 5 tabs corresponding to the five major ways to think about managing your Business and our philosophy of the information you need, when you need it. This simple breakdown means BettaWalka Pro is easy to learn and quick to use.

The schedule tab is the gateway to functionality for managing the scheduling of all your service appointments. This includes the "Manage Today's Activities" page which allows you to quickly access all activities scheduled for all of your employees today; the "Unreported Activities" page is specially designed to allow you to complete reporting in just seconds; the "Holidays" page gives you a an easy way to setup and manage the Public Holidays you support; the "SMS Messages" and "SMS Trainer" pages give you a way to review the text messaging used to report activity.

The Accounts Page

In BettaWalka Pro, when you are adding new customers, or editing data from existing customers, you will be using the Accounts Page. (When you just want to work with pet data and schedules, you will use the Clients Page - switching back and forth is quick and easy)

Unread Notice Tool
The Notice tool displays the first couple of notice subjects. To see all of the unread notice tools, you just hover over the tool, and it expands to show everything.
Clicking on a Notice subject brings up the entire contents of the Notice/Request, so that you can handle it.
 
Access for Your Customers

BettaWalka Pro has an integrated Customer access module. With this module, you can choose to give your customers access to the system, enlisting their help in keeping your data complete and up to date. They can request changes to their information, which you can then approve. They can also make new service or cancellation requests, again subject to your approval.

Unique to BettaWalka, customer access is a total two-way information system. Your customers can see the notes and pictures that you record when you report services to the system. For example, if a Customer's Dog is sick, they don't have to wait to come home to read the note about how the walk went – they can log on to BettaWalka Pro and read the notes you sent when you dropped the Dog at home.

Above all, you have control which customers have access to this information – you could choose to charge for this premium level of service, or block customers who don't use it appropriately.

 
Access for Your Employees

With BettaWalka Pro, you can choose to give your employees and contractors access to the system.

You control the level of this access – Your most trusted employees can have full access, so that they can help you maintain the system.
Normal sitters and walkers only see the information about their walks, enabling them to do their job protecting your business's confidential data.
