BettaWalka Pro for iPhone features the Manager tab, which gives you information about the status of today's activities for all the Walkers or Sitters in your organization.
When you first click on the Manager tab, you get a brief summary of the overall status of each of your employees. For each employee, the total number of appointments (activities) for each time period is shown, along with the count of activities that have not happened.
Because your employees report on their activities using their iPhone, Blackberry or text-message capable cell phone, you always have an up to date picture of what is going on in your business.
You don't just see a summary though - clicking on one of the time periods brings up a view, just like the today view for you, with details about each activity in that time period, and color coding to let you know what has happened, what was missed or cancelled and what is still pending.
Clicking on the individual activities brings up the More Information view, which for pending activities allows you to change the walker, or the type of the appointment, and for activities that have already happened, lets you see the notes that were made when the activity was completed.
