BettaWalka Pro for iPhone feature the Now view, which gives you all of the information you need to know about the next activity you are about to complete.This includes the type of service to be performed, the approximate time of the activitiy, the address where the activity should take place, and also any notes about the client in the system.

The Now view feature large buttons to help you use the interface with one hand, as well as a notes area for you to report anything unusual that you found when performing the activity.

When you are looking at a client pickup activity, you have the option to Start the activity, Cancel it, or report a custom reason for why it was Missed.

You also have the option to hand the activity off to another walker, and when you click that button, you are presented with a list of walkers to choose from. After you select the walker and commit to the change, BettaWalka Pro will automatically send a text message to the other walker, letting them know that you have given them something else to do.

When you are looking at a client drop-off activity, you can easily report on the Pee/Poop situation with the quick-press buttons. Add custom notes about the activity, then click on Complete to notify the system that the service has been finished.

Depending on what you have decided to support, your customers will now be able to log onto the Customer Access Portal and view the notes you just made.
