BettaWalka Pro features the Easy Search Tool on each page.With Easy Search, all information about any client, account or walker is only a few keystrokes away.

Just enter the first few letters of the name that you are looking for, click search and select the name from the list that comes up. You will instantly be taken to the right page.

The Accounts Page

The Invoices Section

The Invoices Collapsible Section provides quick access to all the invoices for the account. In addition to the preview, email and printing functions, this section also offers complete Invoice editing capability.

Changing the invoice discount is as simple as clicking on the current discount amount, entering the new percentage, and pressing enter. The BettaWalka system will automatically adjust the account financials for you.

Each entry in the Invoices Section is a collapsible section itself. To perform more fine-grain adjustments, just click on the silver Plus next to the invoice number. The complete list of invoice entries will appear, allowing you to adjust them individually. When you are done, click on the silver minus sign to hide the entries again.
