In BettaWalka Pro, the Account Page is the central place to work on and view Account Information, The Account Financial Ledger, Service Confirmations and Invoices. For convenience, it is also possible to update information about the Clients on and Account from the Account Page. Thanks to BettaWalka's technology, you can work on all aspects of an account in one place, and see related information all at once. |

The Service Price Schedule |

The Service Price Schedule Collapsible Section provides a quick way to review and customize the pricing that you have set for this account. If you edit the Pricing for this account, the system automatically remembers it as a new Price Schedule, so that you can use it on other accounts. This is another example of the ways in which BettaWalka Pro minimizes Red Tape |

For each client (pet) associated with the account, there will be a Client Collapsible Section on the Account Page. This lets you edit the client information without going to another page. This section is identical to the one on the Clients Page. If you want to make schedule adjustments, just click on the “Clients” tab in the menu bar, to jump to the first client on the account. |

The Invoices Collapsible Section provides quick access to all the invoices for the account. In addition to the preview, email and printing functions, this section also offers complete Invoice editing capability. Changing the invoice discount is as simple as clicking on the current discount amount, entering the new percentage, and pressing enter. The BettaWalka system will automatically adjust the account financials for you. Each entry in the Invoices Section is a collapsible section itself. To perform more fine-grain adjustments, just click on the silver Plus next to the invoice number. The complete list of invoice entries will appear, allowing you to adjust them individually. When you are done, click on the silver minus sign to hide the entries again. |

The Service Confirmation Section |

The Service Confirmations Collapsible Section provides quick access to the service confirmations for the account. Actions include previewing the service confirmation, emailing or re-emailing the confirmation and printing. |

Financial Transactions Section |
|
The Financial Transactions Section gives you a complete at-a-glance overview of the payments and charges associated with this account. If you spot an error, you can make a correction right here. Also in the Financial Transactions Section are the Enter-Payment, Enter Miscellaneous Charge, and Enter Miscellaneous Credit tools., allowing you to quickly update the account financial data. |

Account Information Section |
|
The first Collapsible Section is the Account Information section. This is where you view or access information such as name, address and other contact information about an account. Just as with the rest of the BettaWalka Pro system, if you need to change something, just click on it and enter the new value. This is another way that BettaWalka Pro makes managing your business easier. Within the Account information Section, there are information groups. These information groups can be expanded or collapsed too. In this way, you can keep the information you use the most on your screen, while the rest is just a simple click away. |
